I have problem that the Arabic subtitle some times change by itself to symbols see the attached

Using stats for nerds during playback, can you please confirm the playback method?  

Please also let me know which TV model, app version and sever version.

Thanks for the images. That’s helpful. 

This is a known issue with some foreign languages that use a Unicode character set such as Arabic and Hebrew. 
 

I think it works fine if the file can be DirectPlayed, but if there is any conversion I of the file then this issue can occur if you seek back/forward with the player. It is a bug in the Samsung player which we can’t easily work around. 
 

From your images, I can see that it’s only transcoding due to bitrate limits, so if you can remove any limits for this user on the client and server, then this file can probably DirectPlay which should eliminate the subtitle issue. If you are connecting to a remote server, then the bitrate limits might be required depending on the quality of the network connection.
