How do I disconnect Trakt from Emby

Since Trakt changed their free accounts to only allow 100 entries in all and any lists it is no longer of any use to me apart from looking for new shows or movies. I'm trying to disconnect Emby and Trakt but so far I can't seem to work it out. I expect I'm just being dumb but can someone tell me how to do it?

Trakt is no longer a plugin so that's not an option but I deleted the PIN and it seems to have done it but it's not particularily intuitive. Now I need to find out how to delete all the collected items in Trakt as it's now limited to 100 and I have way more TV episodes than that.

I tell a lie, i've just looked in the plugins and Trakt is there! Doh! I never thought to look, I'll uninstall it now.
