No confrontation email

Hi, just signed up with my gmail and didn’t get the confirmation email, and I cant sign in. 
How can I get the confirmation email?

I tried with both gmail and microsoft outlook 2 different email accounts, but never got the confirmation email to any of them. I also checked in spam and didn’t find anything. What can I do?

Did you install your own server, with your own media, on your own hardware ?

If someone else's have a talk with them.

Emby does not host your server and do not supply media files.

No I didn’t install my own server, but Im talking about the confirmation email for the first sign up step to Emby, it has nothing to do with the server. How can I get the verification email? It is simple step for regular registration

If you registered here to get a Connect account, that's already working because you can post.  You don't "sign up" for Emby - you either install your own Emby server (which is what it's intended for), or access someone else's server, either a family or friend's, or an (illegal) commercial one.

This is between you and your friend. If there's a problem with the server then your friend can post here to ask for help.

How come it’s related to the server? Its the registration for Emby not the registration to the server content

Hi.  If you are logged in here, your Emby account is active and nothing else is required on our end.

Emby is not a streaming service, it's a software company. Your @Idan92a account is already registered with Emby. The rest is up to you, whether you have your own server or connect to a friend's.

Have you been given the name of your friend's server?  What happens if you try connecting to it?

It would be more usual for the server admin to ask here about problems with their clients connecting - not least because they typically have more experience than their users, but also because they can provide server logs for us to look at which may indicate where the process is failing.

Has your friend created an account for you on their server, and linked your email to it?  That's how Emby Connect needs to be set up.
