tekidap 0 Posted January 31, 2025 Posted January 31, 2025 Hi everyone, After updating to the latest version of Emby on my Android TV, Iam now experiencing a white screen issue whenever I open the app. The app launches, but instead of displaying the home screen, it stays completely blank. I have tried clearing the cache, reinstalling Emby, restarting my TV, and even checking my network connection, but the issue persists. Iam using Emby Server 4.x.x on a Windows 11 PC and streaming to a Sony Bravia Android TV. Other streaming apps work fine, so Iam not sure if this is a bug in the latest update or a compatibility issue. Has anyone else encountered this? Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Luke 42078 Posted February 3, 2025 Posted February 3, 2025 Hi. Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares? Thanks.
