tekidap 0 Posted January 31, 2025 Posted January 31, 2025 Hi everyone, Iam having an issue where the Emby web app is stuck on a white screen and won’t load the dashboard. When I try to access Emby Server through my browser, the page remains blank with no UI elements. I have tried clearing my browser cache, restarting the Emby server, testing different browsers Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and even disabling extensions, but the problem persists. Iam running Emby Server Version 4.x.x on Windows 10, using an Intel i5 processor and 16GB RAM. Everything was working fine before, and I have not made any major changes. Could this be a server configuration issue, a corrupt database, or a problem with the latest update? Any suggestions on how to fix this or troubleshoot further? Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for your response. Since I’m experiencing a white screen issue when accessing the Emby web app, I’ll gather the necessary logs and share them for further diagnosis. Could you specify which logs you need and their locations? Should I enable debug logging before capturing them?
