Move the Emby server on a new machine

I allow myself to ask my question after having traveled all the available subjects.
 
I want to replace my computer (Lenovo Thinkcentre i7 4700) with an HP EliteBook 840 G5-8250U. My current server version is 4.9.0.12 (BETA) I tried to restore with the Backup and Restore application but each time the procedure finishes, I no longer have any access to my server with the address: Localhost ...
 
Does anyone have the kindness of giving me a step -by -step procedure so that they can do it calmly? Last night I had to drop (fatigue) and I relocate my old lap (which still works well but consumes fairly energy).

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I checked that post, but I couldn't get it to work with the plugin. However, the method of copying the folders worked perfectly!

I’d like to take this opportunity to ask for your opinion. I switched from an old Quadro M2000 graphics card on a desktop to an HD 620 card with an 8th-gen i5 processor. I must admit that I overestimated this card. I have a second laptop that I could use, which has a Ryzen 7 5700U with a Vega 8 GPU. Which one would be more efficient for decoding? (I try to limit it as much as possible, but when users are on the move, they don’t always have enough bandwidth).

Thanks in advance for your feedback! Obviously, the best option would be a 12th or 13th-gen processor, but I’d rather not buy a third laptop.
