Media transcoding "black screen" issue

Hi,

I'm Running Emby for ROku on a TCL TV with Emby Server running on my QNAP.  I sent in the Roku log at 3:22 EST.  I have had this issue recently a couple of times - a file is transcoding but it only shows up black.  This last file I played it no problem with Roku Media Player with Emby serving as DLNA. I don;t think the file should need to transcode.

Low tech fix - restarted qnap.  Something was causing Emby DLNA server issue.  Maybe it's the beta Im running.

Hi.  Does that mean it is working now?

I think that video is tagged at a higher level than it actually is and that is why it is transcoding.  The video says it is level 6.2.

Upon restart of the server it is displaying correctly but still transcoding.  I had another file cause this issue a few weeks ago but I cant remember what it was.  I did try to use Embys reencoding feature to get it to work, but that file still transcoded  If it happens again I will come back here.  Thanks
