Ability to downvote feature requests

The current system for assessing what feature requests are most popular is flawed. If the only option users have is to upvote an idea, then the masses of other users who are not interested in the idea have no way to have their voice heard. 

In a way similar to Reddit, I would recommend allowing users to BOTH upvote AND down vote ideas so the developers have a clearer picture of interest.
