Per user recordings / Pausing live TV

I'm looking at developing the LiveTV side of myEmby system. I have a question about recordings and pausing Live TV.

I'm looking to replace the pause and record functions of the various TV Tuner boxes. 

If a user records a TV program and another user also records a different tv program, is there a way to ensure only each user can see their own recordings? If not can I request this as it seems quite fundamental. If It involves setting up multiple libraries and setting permissions to specific folders I don't mind, I just need to understand how to do it. - Come to think of it. If I created a recordings library for each user and assigned rights for that particular user, that would work, but I can't assign rights as they are not real users. Running ubuntu 

If a user pauses a TV Channel, does emby continue to store the program as it broadcasts, Where? and is it just till the end of that program or does it continue to record the channel?

Thanks EBR, so I guess it's not possible, and they've been asking for it since 2018. Hmm I'll wait then
