No media in web app/Android app

I installed Emby on my Synology DS218+ NAS.  The NAS in on the latest 7.2.2 DSM software.  I installed Emby through the Package Center, went through the setup process added media folders, one library for movies, one library for TV shows, and gave it time to scan the libraries.  The scan seems to have found media files in the folders/libraries, as it displays some of the movies/TV shows in the "Library" page when I am logged in to the admin portal.

When I go to the web app to stream the videos, however, I don't see any media available.  Same with the Android app.  See the screenshots

I am new to Emby, my previous experience was with Plex.

I started on Emby 4.8.8 but updated to the latest 4.8.10.

Any suggestions or direction would be VERY much appreciated!

Log is also attached as a PDF (chrome won't let me download from the unsecure Emby address).

OK, so...

I added another user and...

Now it works!

For some reason... not sure what adding another user changed BUT!  It works now.

Hi, thanks for following up. You may want to check the parental controls and library access and other restrictions that might be applied to the other user.
