User still logged in on a sold TV

Hi,

My sister in-law sold a TV and forget to remove emby. I noticed the device was still watching things so I have restricted the users access to this device but what I really want is the ability to log out all devices for a given user for added security. Is this a feature as I can't see the option?

Hi.  Try deleting the device from the "Devices" section of your server dashboard.

I will give it a try but I recently removed all devices and the TV was sold over a year ago, therefore it must have just added without the need to log in

if that doesn't work, change the password for that user.  That will invalidate all current authentications.  Or, if you don't need that user anymore, delete it.

OK thanks. I will leave the device removed then try the password change if the device comes back.
