Vorschaubilder bei Videos nur teilweise vorhanden - Einstellung oder Bug?

Update

The scan is now complete. I then ran the scan again and activated Image Capture for the videos in the library beforehand. Now thumbnails are displayed for some videos, but not for others - see picture.

What could be the reason why preview images are not displayed everywhere?

Hallo,

da es ständig Probleme beim Scannen von Privatvideos kommt, habe ich zu Testzwecken eine Bibliothek erstellt, bei der 28 Videodateien enthalten sind, damit der Scan nicht so lange dauert.

Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, sind bei einigen Videos Vorschaubilder vorhanden, bei anderen nicht. Das Videoformat ist immer das Gleiche.

Was kann das Problem verursachen? Ist es ein Bug oder eine Einstellungssache?

Es läuft die Emby Version 4.8.10.0

Hi,
I have updated the metadata for individual videos. I waited some time but a preview image is still not generated.

I have attached the LOG file.

I have updated the server from 4.8.10.0 to 4.9.0.37 beta. But there is the same problem.

Hi,

I have installed beta 4.9.0.41 and rescanned all libraries. I have also updated the metadata. The problem that no thumbnails are created for some videos still exists. Has anything been optimised in this direction with the new beta?

I have attached the log.
