Samsung TV with Emby App doesn't play most MP4 files

I found some earlier transcoding logs.

TranscodeReasons=DirectPlayError&allowVideoStreamCopy=false&allowAudioStreamCopy=false

It looks like opp has turnes off transcoding for that user.

No that’s the transcoding fallback.
