Stuttering problem....

Good afternoon,

The media on my server that has a higher resolution than 720p stutters during playback.
I experience this problem in the Emby app on Android (phone and tablet) and GoogleTV (Google Chromecast with Google TV - 4K HDR) and in the Emby web app under Windows and Mac.
If I play the same media in the Emby app under Windows 10, it works fine.

As soon as I adjust the quality in the player from auto to 720p - 1Mbps, the image no longer stutters. That 720p - 1Mbps is also really the upper limit because if I adjust this to 1.5Mps, it immediately stutters again.

I have Embyserver running on a Truenas PC with AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor and 16gb memory..

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi.  What is the network environment and where is the client in relation to the server?

What you describe sounds like a bandwidth issue.

The GoogleTv is together with the TV in the living room 2 meters away from the modem (also in livingroom). I tried both 2.4 and 5ghz but on GoogleTV and Android divices both the same outcome.

The Emby app in windows, where I can play it without any problem, is far away from the modem and connected to a range extender. But on the same windows machine in the web app the problem is still there.....

Please tell us exactly what playback in that log had an issue and also provide any ffmpeg logs generated.
