About image scanning of media directories

As a private tracker user, there is a requirement: the downloaded files cannot be modified even a little bit. However, in emby, if you choose to save the pictures to the media directory, there will be an overwriting problem. If you choose not to save to the media directory, there will be a problem of deleting after reading. Can you add an option to not delete the pictures in the media directory after reading them?

In short, is there a scraping mode that does not modify the source files? I'm really tired of hard links!

Sorry, the translation software may not translate it accurately. What I mean is that when the user does not check "Save images in media folder", emby will read the metadata images already in the media directory and delete them from the media folder. Is there a way to disable "deletion" because it will change the file structure. This is very important for private tracker users, otherwise they have to rely on hard links.

Hi, Emby Server won't delete them from the media folder. What makes you think that it does?
