Server running extremely slow

<home> is taking a very long time to load for myself and everyone on the server as well, the library's in general take a significant amount of time. Emby is stored on a 2TB m.2 drive, Metadata path is on the same m.2 drive.
I've upped the DB Cache (20000mb/20gb) & Rows (2500)

My DB is only 3.2gb & My internet is a 1gb symmetrical fiber connection.

Vacuumed DB more times then I can count, please help!

Hi, there are some slow database queries here, although no obvious reason as to why. There was a 15 minute library scan in the middle of this log. You will probably see better server performance if you can move that to off hours for now until we know the cause.
