can i get MediaBrowser.Controller dll direct download for netstandard2.0

ive been learning how to make plugins. although i couldnt find this driver for netstandard2.0 i took one from the recent beta server system folder. although not sure if thats whats giving me incompatibility's. 

there isnt a nuget package for it.

im not allowed to download visual studio. is it free? ive been just using the sdk and ai to build. just cant get that one dll.

just found it though in the  MediaBrowser.Server.Core

Yes, we need to add notes to the other nuget packages that it is the core package which you need to use.
