Music Playlist - Not Adding.

I tried to add a song to an existing playlist in an m3u8 file, logs show it adding but it did not.

My bad, I'm used to the old logs where I used to have to find/replace all my information (actually happily surprised by this) so I just scrolled to the bottom and grabbed the most relevant bit.
