Drag and Drop in Library Ordering

The drag and drop function in library ordering per user is a wonderful thing, and I do thank you for adding that at one point. I have great difficulty "grabbing" each item to reorder them, however. Is there something I am missing, or can you make them easier to grab? Thank you.

Probably need more specific information on what client and or specific browser you are having this issue in.

As with a mouse it is pretty easy to just click and drag.  But yes if I actually slide left to right during the click it will no longer allow up and down order change. (Edge)
