How to Remove authors from audiobook

I had some audiobooks that had the Author details wrong.
Managed to correct the Tags and Emby picked up the correct authors as well but under my authors it still shows the incorrect one as well.
how can i remove / delete these incorrect authors

 

 

Also would be great to have a "Read By" field / Tag in the metadata

i have a Artist [PZG]   that should not exist

if i select it i see the following

 

If I open the Physical location of this specific book, there is a Album.nfo file.
the contents of this file is as below

You will have to look at what ffprobe shows embedded on the file.  As nfo metadata is somewhat meaningless.

ffprobe -i "pathtotrack"

Or potentially extended tags in mp3tag but in the end it is what ffprobe sees as that is what is used to probe the media.

as for naming scheme 
Main folder is Author name sub folder is book title (or series name and book title) in folder audio file.

Example

"\\AUDIOBOOKS\Fiction\Fiction-ENG\Christopher Paolini\The Inheritance Cycle #5 - Murtagh The World of Eragon\Murtagh꞉ The World of Eragon.m4b"

I use MP3Tag editor to check Tags before uploading files into the media server unfortunate in for this file i initially missed that the Artist was wrong.
I have reloaded it with the correct tag bit the incorrect Artist is still showing

Easiest way is to look at your server log.

But you can see an example I used here

so I managed to run the ffprobe, and it seems the artist is still incorrect here.

Album Artist is still on [PZG]

You should use Mp3tag - the universal Tag Editor (ID3v2, MP4, OGG, FLAC, ...) to remove album artist    : [PZG]

Or add Christopher Paolini as album artist

I have Used MP3tag editor
and if i open it there all is correct

 

so is there a different way i can change it?

Since in mp3Tag the "Album Artist" is empty i thought let me enter the artist  in there to see if it will override the field in the background.

 

ran the ffprobe and now there are 2 album artist fields the one i edited v(new in Green) and the one that is incorrect (in red)
