The preview images are landscape rather than portrait in some films and in some of them they are stretched.

This phenomenon appears on both Android and Windows.

Until recently everything was fine, all preview images appeared as required.

Hi, this is because the movie doesn't have a poster. Try right clicking and using Edit Images to get a poster. Please test this for one title and see if it helps.

I use this to name my movies.

Folder : eXistenZ (1999) {TmdbId-1946}

File : eXistenZ (1999) {TmdbId-1946}.mkv

the movie ID is to make sure Emby finds the right metadata.

I guess the first question is what images are with media?

Then may need to see the server log from when you imported the library as you could be getting errors from provider.
