Transcoding issues TrueNAS (Docker) AMD Mesa Gallium

Hi,

Since some time I noticed, that some streams will not be transcoded by hardware.
I am using integrated AMD Radeon 760M.
Mostly for 4K uncompressed streams the transcode will drop to software transcoding, what I do not understand, since I already used hardware transcoding for these streams.
I attached the log for one of such streams, maybe someeone can help and knows whats going on.
