Pausing will not save position

I have a user on a Firestick that has an issue when he pauses a movie/show, if too much time goes on, and the screen changes OR if they manually go back after pausing, the position is not saved. They have to keep starting over. They are not < 5% or > 90% which is what the thresholds are set to in order to count as not started or played.

I would expect the movie/show to save the position in the Continue Watching so it can be resumed.

The embyserver log file is attached and appears the movie was paused around this timestamp: 2025-01-17 19:13:57.987.

This is the only user that's reported this to me. It only happens on one device and there are no movie/tv tracker plugins installed that would affect progress saving.

Nevermind. Powercycling the Firestick seems to have resolved it. This can be closed.
