How to set up Emby Premiere on IOS iPhone

Can someone please explain and share the links and step by step format too setting up Emby Premiere on iOS iPhone 

I don’t have a laptop and I know how much easier it would be to set up on a laptop

 But I new to know what servers to download and also how it all works if someone could please spare some time if you have any too do it in pretty simple dot form manners I’ve been attempting it for over an hour watching YouTube etc I don’t get how I cannot connect or have the right server

You install Premiere on your Emby server, not on a client.  You don't even need Premiere to get started with a server.

You need a server into which you load your media (or access to a friend's server) to use an Emby client; the Emby organisation makes the software - it does not offer media for you to stream.
