Emby server updates and native Zidoo support?

When will there be a new update for the server version? There have been no new updates for several months and the same applies to the Android version. 

 

And will there be native support for Zidoo, especially Z9X Pro, at some point? So that you can use the emby player instead of the external Zidoo player.

P.S. I am an emby Premiere user and would like to see more progress in further development.

HI, have you tried the latest Zidoo firmware? Users have reported that it resolves numerous playback issues.

I have this version installed, v1.0.95_G beta
(Google apps preinstalled) is from last July.
The Auto Franeswitch function does not work with the emby player, which plays everything in 60 Hz.

And can you say anything else about updates?

the firmware update isn't going to bring any Zidoo-specific features to Emby's embedded player. What it does is resolve some of the issues related to subtitles and hd audio passthrough to a receiver.

Hi, I don't have an ETA on a release but if you follow the Testing Area of the community you can see everything that's going on there with the beta releases. The same goes for the client apps.

@Luke Where should the test area be? As I said, the android and server versions have not been updated for a long time. I'm also talking about the normal version, not a beta.
