So I'm new to the development scene and tried to implement a system that allows the users to change their image like Netflix and Disney+ have with a gallery but no matter what I have done, it doesn't change the system of uploading custom images, anyone have figured a way to implement the image gallery like other streaming services do?

Hello Luke, yes I was wondering based on how Disney+ and Netflix done it (example shown below), I was thinking of trying to do something similar on my server instead of uploading pictures manually for my users but I couldn't find a way to implement this. Is there a way to do it?

Users can set their own image by clicking the user icon in the upper right.

Yes but how to make it so that when they edit the profile picture, it displays limited picture files like how Disney+ and Netflix have it?

Such as custom images that I could upload and shows up limited with a click button and saved for non-admin users. For ex, when clicking "Edit profile image" on Netflix or Disney+, it pops up a page with different images so that users can select and it gets saved.

OK, that's not a bad idea, but no, there is currently no such feature.
