DVR Recordings - Record as evidenced in directory, But not Visible within Emby

I created two libraries just for recordings. Recorded Movies and another for Recorded TV.

The DVR recording works, I see the files in the Recorded TV folder on the NAS.

But under the top Library heading for the Recorded TV Shows, under the shows tab, "No items found."

If I scroll down to the Live TV section on the home page, for me near the bottom, under that heading I see Programs, Guide, Recordings and Schedule. Clicking on Recordings I also see nothing.

I have run scans on the Recorded TV Folder and nothing. 

It is like Emby recorded it as per the schedule and is not seeing it. 

The recordings are on the same NAS as Emby. Is there something I am missing?
