Playback Error: No compatible streams are currently available

Hello everyone, when I play a video in MKV/HEVC format on an iOS device, it shows a playback error: There is currently no compatible stream available. Only H264 videos can be played. The embyServer version is 4.9.0.35-beta, and the iOS client version is 2.2.33. My other devices, PC, WEB, and Android can play it without any problems. It seems to be a transcoding problem? Other devices play directly, only iOS devices seem to need transcoding.
