No key after purchase Premiere through Apple.

Hello,

 

I purchased Emby Premiere through the apple app but I did not receive an email with a key. How can I get the key?

First, can you confirm that you are running an Emby server to install Premiere in (it is not a client option)?

Yes. I’m running a server. I had it working as expected with Premiere back in July but then I canceled the service. The old key was still in there but it’s expired and no new key was sent after my purchase yesterday.

Then you need to contact billingsupport@emby.media who should sort this for you.
