How can I clear a download queue for a user or an app that is installed?

I apologize if this is the wrong forum.

I have an emby premiere installation. I attempted to add some downloads to an app login previously. However, the downloads never completed and they continue to fail (different issue - don't need to investigate that).

How do I cancel all pending downloads in an app? How do I clear all downloads pending for a user from the server?

I'd rather not clear all the already-downloaded data in the app if possible.

I can use SQLite and update the database if required.

If I've understood your post correctly you can go to the Downloads section of the dashboard and see all the download jobs that are set up for every user and on which device and look at the one(s) you're referring to and you can either remove the entire download job, or you can go into the job and remove specific items. This should not remove any already downloaded content since you would be removing items in a state such as Ready to Transfer rather than Downloaded.

I think if you wanted more flexibility with this, IE via API, I believe you'd look into the SyncService section of the API.
