karldonteljames 3 Posted January 10, 2025 Posted January 10, 2025 Hi all, I've got emby premier, and have a few devices around the house that work absolutely fine. I have one apple TV that keeps nagging me to get premier for some reason, but I have other devices that are not a problem, including another apple TV. It's in my 4yo's bedroom so he keeps getting upset at bedtime when it pops up over whatever he is watching. Any idea why this might be doing this? Thanks.
SamES 1056 Posted January 10, 2025 Posted January 10, 2025 Is his device configured to use some form of ad blocker or parental controls? Does it have internet access so that it can occasionally validate the premier licence?
karldonteljames 3 Posted January 11, 2025 Author Posted January 11, 2025 Thanks for this. All of my devices are behind a pi hike, this one has limited internet access, as he shares a room with his slightly older brother who has a habit of watching hours of YouTube videos.
