"m3u simultaneous stream limit has been reached"

Hello, I have two m3u links set up in my emby app. I have the streaming limit set to "1" for each m3u link. Sometimes, when one client will stop watching livetv from that link and another client wants to stream from the same m3u link, it will say that the simultaneous stream limit has been reached, even though no client is currently using it. When this happens, sometimes it'll take hours for emby to "free up" a stream and allow a user to use it. Sometimes only a restart fixes it. Is there a way for emby to refresh the amount of streamers from a link more often?

Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!

@BradyA

Get us the info Luke requested when you get a chance.

Also do you know if this only happens when one client stops watching and another client starts watching the same channel?
Do you get this error if the second client tunes to a different channel?

Thanks,
Carlo

This mostly happens when one user stops watching LiveTV altogether and another user goes to watch LiveTV from the same m3u. The server dashboard shows nobody streaming LiveTV but the m3u limit reached message still appears. I have switched all my TVs from the Android TV app to the Android app. I was unaware the Android TV app was deprecated. I haven't been able to recreate the issue since then, but if I am able to I will fill out the media playback issue information and get back to you. Thanks!
