Refresh rate switches permanently (Windows)

I am trying the new Emby app on Windows for the first time. Thanks for all the improvements!

I enabled automatic refresh rate switching because going from video to menu used to blank the screen to switch refresh rate and this option aims to solve that I think.

However after I exited the Emby app, my desktop remained at 24Hz instead of the 60Hz I usually keep it.

I expected it to revert to 60Hz when I exit Emby. Instead it causes a permanent change to 24Hz which most people will not know how to recover from I think.
