Emby for android tv is no longer working.

The app for android tv is no longer working. I have tried reinstalling the app and it says it can't connect to server. I have tried everything including other suggestions in the forum none work. I have premiere. Everthing was working fine 2 days ago and the only thing that has changed I noticed that an app in emby called port mapper updated. Everything also works on my phone (android) and my roku tv. Please help!

HI, what exactly was the problem? what was the solution?

Apparently my tv couldn't connect to the Internet had to factory reset the TV to fix.
