No compatible streams available

Hello, 

I just bought a new iMac and am building my media server with Emby from an external hard drive but get this error message saying: "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details." 

Combing the forums for solutions, I have tried reinstalling the application, and granting full disk access from the 'privacy and security' within my system settings and deleting and reinstalling my media library folder. Can anyone offer a solution to someone running with a mac running IOS Sequoia 15?

I have also tried playing with the transcoding and to no avail. I'm attaching the most recent log entry for reference. Any help would be appreciated!

Hey, 

Emby was working fine on my old mac, but now have moved the server over to my new iMac and am getting the same message. I have watched many of these movies on Emby before so don't seem to know what the problem is either. 'No compatible streams...."

Hey, 

I have just reinstalled Emby into my new iMac and after downloading my library, none of my shows can be watched and am getting this playback error message: 

 

I have toggled with the 'playback' and 'transcoding' options in my dashboard but to no avail. Advice?
