Android app crash on TV

When using the Android Emby app（not  TV-only app） on Android TV, clicking the enter key causes lag, and if long-pressed, the app becomes unresponsive. However, this issue does not occur with the Android TV-only app.

It's that button in the middle of the four directional buttons on the remote control - I'm not sure if it's called the enter key or OK key. I know that pressing it once is for play/pause, but if I get distracted and hold the button too long without releasing it in time, this problem occurs.

 Apologize for the interruption,  I just discovered that this problem might be due to the third-party remote control, which apparently doesn't use standard protocols. After switching back to the original remote that came with the TV box, the problem was resolved.
