Windows playback issues

Have a user with issues with the new windows store app. She get random playback issues and sometimes emby try to play many episodes after another all failing and using up all "simultaneous video streams".
Kinda hard to explain since its not me gettin these. She just plays or resuming movie or episode when it happens.
I think is a 12gen i3 laptop. Error happens at different locations, not just her home.
App is 2.207.2.0
Emby from browser works.

Look at the pics and videos. Problem is playback error you'll see them.

Noticed the times in the activity. She only start the first episode. The rest goes by itself

Cant say for sure. Have to check. Possibly since its races through many episodes. Main problem is many playback errors.

Does she use a controller/has she tried it with peripherals unplugged? I had something similar a few times and I think my steam controller profile was causing it to interpert a ton of inputs and then the server would send that response because it becomes an absurd number of requests.

No i dont think so. Anyway she said it was better now, so I'll guess something changed. She didnt know what ;)

Yeah,  its fixed for me too so thanks for reporting.

The app only errors out once when a VOD strm is not available instead of trying an infinite amount of times requiring a force close of the app.
