Change location of Video Preview Thumbnails

Hi All

I know you can change the Metadata path I never change this though, but I was wondering is there anyway you can change the location of the Video Preview Thumbnails?.

If I do change the Metadata path will all the content from the Video Preview Thumbnails be dropped into the new Metadata path ?.

Hi, there is a separate option for video preview thumbnails to store them alongside your media files. Did you see that?

Changing the option only affects new ones going forward. It will not move the ones that were previously generated.

Hi Luke

I never see that option where would I find that option ?. Is it not possible to store them separately from the media files?

I was thinking of re building my server and before adding anything change the Metadata path.

I do see it now I was wondering if it was possible to move this to my new Metadata path

hi, did you read the help text underneath the metadata path option? This gives you instructions on what to do when you want to change the value.
