gillmacca01 211 Posted January 1, 2025 Posted January 1, 2025 Just wondering if there is a way to remove the background behind a primary image, apart from going through every movie/series/episode and resizing Don't know if it makes any difference, but I have coverart plugin installed (maybe an option in there that I have missed)
Luke 42078 Posted January 1, 2025 Posted January 1, 2025 Hi, what background are you referring to, the gray square?

Luke 42078 Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 OK that's not part of your image. That is the user interface rendering that behind your image. There is currently no option to turn that off.

I guess it is questionable but can't the placeholder (.cardContent-background) be transparent? before after change to transparent But I can see the issue with not seeing the placeholder also.
dcook 299 Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 I like the transparent look much better, can you share what/where you changed exactly? I assume it was in the custom CSS section of the admin panel?

Yes it is in the image as I just tested changing the browser dev console, but custom css only applies to the web client. button.cardContent-background { background-color: transparent; } As it is theme based on the color that is used now. 1
