Everything’s fine as I found my recording after clicking on “Recordings” on the left pane. But, when I choose “Live TV” on the left pane and then click on “Recordings” at top of the screen, I am getting a “No items found”. Hence I am wondering what is the difference between those two types of “Recordings”. I tried to figure it out from the documentation and also from the various configuration screens, but without any success. Could anyone kindly sched some light on this? Happy New Year!

I can play back those recordings in there. BUT: "When I choose “Live TV” on the left pane and then click on “Recordings” at top of the screen, I am getting a “No items found”". Hence I am wondering what is the difference between those two types of “Recordings”.

juergenthefish 0 Posted January 3, 2025 Author Posted January 3, 2025 I am not sure if got my point. There are obviously two different entities in the web gui both being called "Recordings". One is the default (see screenshot attached from Live-TV config) and it works perfect for me, i.e. contains all my few recordings. But the other "Recordings" is a miracle to me: When I choose “Live TV” on the left pane and then click on “Recordings” at top of the screen, I am getting a “No items found”". Hence I am wondering what is the difference between those two types of “Recordings”. Do you see my point now? I am also attaching a screenshot from that mircaculous second "Recordings" entity. And to show you that I do have recordings underneath the first mentioned (default) recordings folder I am attaching that third screen shot for you.
Luke 42077 Posted January 8, 2025 Posted January 8, 2025 HI, try explicitly setting a recordings folder. Make sure to set it to the same one as the Recordings library is using. That should resolve it. Again the Recordings library is nothing more than a regular library with a title of Recordings.
