I recently set my daughter up a new iPad and have created a new iOS account on it and she has been added to my family group. when I go to purchase the Emby unlock I am hit with the message that it’s for free.. and when I click on restore purchase, I purchased this app, nothing happens. Any ideas how to resolve? I have never purchased Emby on this account before only on my own and a couple others. any help or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Watson19 0 Posted January 16, 2025 Author Posted January 16, 2025 Hi Luke, Thanks for getting back to me, yeah I’ve tried it again and every time I click I purchased this app, it just goes back to the screen for me to click restore purchase again. Won’t let me pay for the unlock as it says a family member has already purchased this you get it for free. Any help you can give me will be much appreciated
