Hi all, 

Wondering if someone can help me or has maybe had the same issue. I recently set my daughter up a new iPad and have created a new iOS account on it and she has been added to my family group. when I go to purchase the Emby unlock I am hit with the message that it’s for free.. and when I click on restore purchase, I purchased this app, nothing happens. Any ideas how to resolve? I have never purchased Emby on this account before only on my own and a couple others. 
 

any help or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Watson19are you still having an issue with this following the latest update to Emby for iOS? Can you try clicking Restore Purchase again? Thanks !

Hi Luke, 

Thanks for getting back to me, yeah I’ve tried it again and every time I click I purchased this app, it just goes back to the screen for me to click restore purchase again. Won’t let me pay for the unlock as it says a family member has already purchased this you get it for free. Any help you can give me will be much appreciated
