Emby Theater Setup Wife's Surface Pro 7

I am going to go with the Premiere so that my wife can easily operate the movies and shows from  our home NAS. I just have a few issues to resolve before I make the commitment. 

I setup her user account on the Server, but when I bring up the Embry Theater app on her tablet it does not show her account, just the 'master account I created' and Manual login, Forgot Password?

--- How do I have her name for her login show up? When I login and out, it does not remember her login even though it is checked off.

---When I click on Manual login, it asks a question about a Pin every time. I created one, but don't want her to be asked it every time. The master account does not ask that question.

---For some reason, her collection of shows I created for her does not have a thumbnail. Granted only one show is in there now. Will adding more generate the collection thumbnail for TV Shows?

Does your wife's user have "Hide this user from login screens on the local network" ticked/enabled under Settings>Users tab in the sidebar>edit desired user>scroll to the bottom?

Do not log out, just switch users.

Thumbnail for that one particular show or for TV Shows library?

Looks like for all TV Shows Library.

Fixed the other two issues!

I did a search for missing metadata and it fixed it. Guess I was surprised as that wasn't a problem when I pointed to a different tv show folder last week. Only difference was that was scanned from the start and this was a folder that was originally empty, but I dragged her shows into it.
