I hope that the Android app can configure the aspect ratio of the vide

Every time I play a video, I need to manually switch the aspect ratio for the cover. Because when the aspect ratio is automatic, the video cannot fill the entire screen. I hope there is a place to configure this option so that I don't have to manually switch it every time.

Are the videos the same aspect ratio as the screen?

I don't really understand the aspect ratio of videos.
Take a look at the playback effect of my recorded video.

My emby app version is 3.4.20.
The phone model is VIVO X200 PRO

That looks reasonable.  What do you expect to happen?  The options are to play the video correctly (which that looks like to me), or to stretch it to fill the screen which will distort everything in the image, or to expand the image uniformly to fill the screen which then requires cutting off parts that don't fit.

If the image is not fitting the screen in either axis, which I guess is your actual problem here, then that is certainly an Emby issue - and there was another thread started recently where that was happening.

I wish a default aspect ratio option was added to the app settings so that I don't have to manually select it every time I watch a video.

The default aspect ratio is that of the video itself.  Do you really want to specify that all videos get distorted to fill a screen by force?
