No Pause or Stop

Happens with both Live TV and sometimes server content.

 

Why is there no pause or stop option?

If it's because there is no idle or pause timeout I would literally shove money down someone's throat to fix that. 

 

These streams that only have the message option sometimes stay open for days?????!?!?!?

Hi.  To answer your question properly, we need more information.  If it is a remote connection, then the Roku does not allow the communications necessary to provide those functions.
