M3U Live TV Channel issue

I've setup the Enby server (just getting started, recently moving over from Plex/Jellyfin) and I've searched the forums for a fix for this issue.  I have a couple of channels that lag and eventually exit on live TV.  They both work find in Jellyfin.  Can someone give me some pointers on what to look for? I'm running on a windows 11 platform with both an intel and invidia GPU.

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

It’s a firetv stick, and I’m running the Emby app installed from the App Store.  Not sure what you’re asking me to do that’s different?

Oh, I see.  There’s a fire tv app and an Emby app.  Same issue with the Emby app.
