No images after restore

I'm in the process of transferring all my content from my Windows PC to my new Terramaster NAS. Everything appears to have moved over except all the images. Even my profile picture. I have read (of course when it appears to late) that you should tick a box that separates the images for your content to another folder to make it so they move over with your files. Is there anything I can do now all my content is over to migrate all the images from my old server to my new one?

I moved it over using a file transfer app from my Windows hard drive to the emby folder on my NAS drive. I then did a restore on a backup from my old server to my new one.

Thanks for your attention, however, I have decided to return the NAS I purchased. It wasn't as straightforward as I'd hoped. I'm currently looking at other storage solutions. Your help is nonetheless appreciated.
