LiveTV recording with no permissions.

I'm in the process of setting up some simulated live TV using Ersatztv and noticed when users don't have the permission 'live tv recording management' there is still an option displayed to users to 'Create Recording', specifically when viewing channel info directly. (below is the android app, but the results are the same in the web app)

 

 

The options 'guide' and 'search' are not functional; but 'channel and time' as well as 'keyword' recording can successfully be set by users that DO NOT have permissions to manage recordings.

 

 

In my use case; all my 'live tv' is local content played on a randomized schedule. There is 0 need for recording as it's essentially just copying an existing file.
