Can't unlock Emby for FireTV

Hi all, 

As the title states, I'm unable to unlock Emby for my Firestick. I'm connected to a premiere server, but I would still like to unlock my app. When I go to the Unlock App button in the app, I only get two options:

1. Restore Unlock (I've got multiple Firesticks, but I haven't purchased the app before)

2. Cancel

Any ideas what I can do?
