Question About Subtitles

Forgive me if this strays a little off topic, but since it's part of this effort to get back to my Emby setup from before I had to start from scratch - and I remember wrestling with the same issueso I figured I'd give it a try:

Any suggestions for getting subtitle downloads to work? I have both Addicted & OpenSubtitles configured, but get "no results" for any attempt to download subtitles.
