Having trouble with connect and adding a server

My Emby ID is EmbyRdohert and email is ryanjdoherty@icloud.com. 
 Having Emby connect issues.  
 

I am not able to log in to connect 

bad user or password but have tried to reset but I don’t know where to find info

Hi.  You would use the exact same credentials you used to log into this forum to make this post.  Is that what you are doing?

Hi.  Please note you cannot login with your ID.  You must use your email.
